5 Task Management Apps to Make Your To-Do List More Manageable

If you’re a busy real estate agent, task management can be hard.

At any given moment, you may have five, 10, or 15 different clients — all at different stages in the buying or selling process.

Throw in the many members of your team and all the people you have to loop in and stay in contact with, and it can start to feel overwhelming pretty fast.

Fortunately, technology can help.

Are you looking for a way to better manage your ever-growing to-do list more effectively?

Here are five of the best real estate agent task management apps:

1. ClickUp

ClickUp is a planning app you can use to create lists, manage projects, monitor your schedule, and even collaborate with others. You can also integrate the app with other tools you use, like Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, Outlook, OneDrive, Google Calendar, YouTube, Zoom, Vimeo, Microsoft Teams, and more. There are also both free and paid options, depending on how much storage and integration you’re looking for.

2. Asana

Asana is a good one if you manage teams. You can create larger projects and task lists, assign and delegate jobs, set goals, and even generate real-time progress reports. Asana also lets you automate many tasks and processes, share calendars, and submit and manage work requests too.

3. Todoist

If you’re looking for a super simple way to keep track of to-dos, the Todoist app might be your best bet. All it takes is a click, and you can add tasks, sub-tasks, due dates, and alarms, all from your computer or mobile device. You can also color-code your tasks and projects, delegate tasks to others, and connect the app with your email, calendar feed, and files.

4. Smartsheet

Smartsheet’s task management tools can help you manage separate workflows, collaborate with team members, manage your web content, and stay on top of tasks and appointments. The tool also integrates with Google Chat, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, you can get custom branding, signatures, and email domains, too.

5. Evernote

Evernote is an easy app that lets you turn notes into tasks, calendar events, tasks, deadlines, and more. You can also attach documents easily (even scanning them via the app), and you can clip and attach elements from web pages to add even more context.
