With so many things to distract us every single day both at work and at home, it is almost too easy to lose productivity and focus. Since many of us are on our phones throughout the day, why not make good use of the time we spend on our electronic devices and use productivity apps? Here are five rockstar productivity apps that will keep you organized, efficient, and successful.

    Any.do

The Any.do app keeps you on track to accomplish your daily tasks. The app has a to-do list, reminders, notes, and the ability to share lists with others and assign tasks to others. Any.do also lets you sync between your phone, computer, web, and tablet to keep your lists up-to-date, to the minute. There is a voice entry feature that lets you add items to your task list just by speaking into the app.

    Slack

Slack takes instant messaging to the next level and makes group messaging more productive. This collaboration app offers real-time messaging and supports file sharing, direct and group messaging tools, and features a system of chat channels, which allow you to set up subgroups for task and topic-oriented discussions. Slack archives conversations so you can search through old messages and shared files.

You can also generate a new password and add or update the list of Form Fills. The app includes Secure Notes features for important data that you want to bring along in encrypted form. LastPass also includes unlimited cross-device password vault syncing for all of its users.

    Tide

The Tide app helps encourage 25 minutes of intense, focused work followed by five-minute breaks. The app combines Pomodoro-style timers with ambient noise generators intended to help you focus and relax your mind so that you can be highly productive. The app offers 25-5 Pomodoro time split with the option for a longer break after every four cycles. Users can customize the length of the focus periods and breaks. You can choose from five different soundscapes that can be turned on or off and play along with music.
