If you’re a customer or you’ve done business with Embrace Home Loans, you’ve likely met a few people involved to help make your mortgage transactions possible. What you might not realize is there are many hands working behind the scenes at Embrace to help our business function. From the creative designs that capture your attention to our underwriting team that makes sure your mortgage or loan goes through smoothly, we’re taking you behind the scenes at Embrace to highlight some of our employees and the work they do.

Meet Gianna Polcari, Onboarding Specialist

“I facilitate activities to ensure a warm, welcoming and smooth onboarding process while getting our new teammates excited about working at Embrace. I love being able to give our new employees a positive experience and answer any questions or concerns they may have. I verify  documentation is complete and in compliance with Embrace policies and procedures, and serve as a timesheet admin for payroll. I thoroughly enjoy my position at Embrace and continue to grow and thrive in my role each day!”

Meet Pam Costa, Digital Marketing Producer

“I’ve been with Embrace almost seven years and although it can sometimes get chaotic, I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. I create and execute emails campaigns from Embrace’s customer relation management platform and manage our marketing automation system. I have recently been crowned as the ‘CRM Empress!’ I enjoy what I do and love problem solving with my team.”

Meet Beth Brown, Condo Specialist

“I currently work in our Condo Support department making sure that all of the condominiums that we lend in are following agency guidelines.  My four years in Condo support have only covered a small amount of my almost 17 years at Embrace where I’ve spent time in many roles but mostly in the Underwriting Department.  I have always been amazed by the amount of encouragement I have received at Embrace for professional and personal growth and success that I don’t see or hear about at other companies.  During my time here the changes and challenges in the mortgage industry have always been met by the leadership of Embrace with strength and knowledge that have led us through and given me comfort and confidence in Embrace for the future. “

Meet Charlotte Saul, Graphic Designer

“Hi, I’m Charlotte. I grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. My sister’s name is Caroline, but my parents say that it’s all just a coincidence.  I received my BFA from MassArt in Boston and have been a New England transplant ever since. I am a graphic designer for Embrace and have been with the company for 8 months.

As a designer, I communicate Embrace’s products and ideas in a visual way that inspires, informs, and intrigues our customers and referral partners! In short, I make things look good. I really enjoy my time working with the Marketing Department at Embrace.  After all, captivating people and knowing how to throw a good party is literally our job.
