    1. Tom Ferry

    In many respects, Tom Ferry could be considered the original real estate influencer. For the past 20 years, Ferry has been building his brand as a top real estate trainer, speaker, author, and business coach. He was also recently ranked as the #1 Real Estate Educator by Swanepoel Power 200 and is the best-selling author of “Life! By Design” and “Mindset, Model and Marketing!”.

    Ferry’s popular YouTube channel under the same name boasts 353K subscribers and over 26 million views.

    2. Bill Gassett

    Bill Gassett is nationally recognized not only for his work as a real estate agent, but also for his talent as a writer. As an agent, he has spent the past two decades topping regional industry lists. As a writer, his blog, “Maximum Real Estate Exposure,” has become renowned nationwide for its marketing tips and market reports. His work has also been featured on RIS Media, the National Association of Realtors, and Inman News.

    3. Barbara Corcoran

    Perhaps best known for her tenure on the popular television show, “Shark Tank,” Barbara Corcoran’s real claim to fame is her ability to grow her company, The Corcoran Group, into one of the most recognizable brokerages in the industry.

    Corcoran is also a best-selling author for her book “Shark Tales: How I Turned $1,000 into a Billion Dollar Business!” and is the host of the top business podcast “Business Unusual with Barbara Corcoran“.

    4. Desirée Patno

    Most notably through serving as the CEO of Desirée Patno, Inc., Panto has leveraged over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry to become a renowned public speaker and thought leader.

    However, in addition, Panto also has another venture up her sleeve. She is well known for founding Women in the Housing & Real Estate Ecosystem (NAWRB), an organization dedicated to giving women the tools for economic security, stability, and sanctuary.

    5. Jay Baer

    If growing your content marketing expertise is your focus, look no further than Jay Baer. Primarily known for his work as a marketer, Baer has 25 years of experience teaching business how to create campaigns that get noticed.

    He is also the co-author of the book “Youtility for Real Estate,” which teaches you how to create truly eye-catching marketing products. As far as his influencer status is concerned, he boasts nearly 16,000 followers on Instagram.

    6. Brad Inman

    Since 1983, the name “Inman” has been synonymous with real estate news and Brad Inman was the start of it all. Since then, he has also been instrumental in creating several other successful ventures, including HomeGain.com, an online real estate firm, TurnHere.com, video production and distribution, and Vook, an enhanced e-book company.     7. Dottie Herman

    Known for her tenure as CEO of Douglas Elliman, the third largest real estate brokerage in the United States, Herman brings plenty of real estate experience to the table. However, in 2019, she stepped down to take on a new challenge — helping women become entrepreneurs. Between hosting her own weekly radio show, “Eye on Real Estate,” and maintaining a thriving social media presence with over 15,000 Twitter followers, Herman makes good on sharing her industry knowledge.

    8. Joyce Rey

    Joyce Rey has been in the industry for decades. During her illustrious career, she has amassed more than $4 billion USD in sales and regularly tops lists of elite real estate agents. In 2011, she was named Coldwell Banker’s #1 agent worldwide. More recently, she ranked among The Hollywood Reporter’s “Top 30 Real Estate Agents”. Additionally, she also placed in the top 50 of “THE THOUSAND,” a list of the best real estate agents in America by The Wall Street Journal.

    Rey has over 80,000 followers on Instagram and is known for posting photos of her current listings, as well as notable listings from the past.

    9. Fredrik Eklund

    Last, but certainly not least, Fredrik Eklund is also from the Douglas Elliman family. However, outside of his duties there as a broker, he also heads his own real estate firm in Scandinavia and finds the time to star in Bravo TV’s successful series, “Million Dollar Listing New York”.  He is also a published author with his book, “The Sell: The Secrets of Selling Anything to Anyone.”
